For bookings not made directly (via platforms and third party providers such as booking.com, travel agencies, etc.) the regular cancellation conditions according to Austrian hotel regulations apply.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance in case of cancellation. We can gladly take care of this for you directly when you make your reservation.

  • No cancellation fee for cancellations made 12 weeks and more before day of arrival.

  • Cancellations made four weeks before the day of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee totalling 40% of the booking price.

  • Cancellations made seven days before the day of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee totalling 70% of the booking price.

  • Cancellations made less than seven days before the day of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee totalling 90% of the booking price.

  • For no-shows, late arrivals and early departures the full booking price will be charged.
